Another big release for Tim Xavier on LTD400! Tim keeps up the momentum with his next installation, featuring two floor-burning conceptual tunes. On the A side, “No Day Like Thursday” is a colorful and mixable track with Tim’s signature dark percussion, complete with a layer of manipulated, warped synthesizer patches on top. The result resembles something like an “out-of-this-world” harp, and the combination of these ideas result in a timeless, psychedelic minimal sound that makes this release unique and irresistible. The flip side is “Yellow Corvette”; a nice, moody mixer with eerie vocals, chuggy percussion, and a big room bass-line .
